Governing Laws: Republic Act No. 11967 (Internet Transactions Act), Republic Act No. 11900 (Vape Law), Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act), and Republic Act No. 8792 (E-Commerce Act).

A. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Capacity

By using the smokefree hub website and purchasing products, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If under 18, please exit immediately. Legally registered in BIR and SEC under the name Smokefree Solutions Inc., this website is intended for the use of e-commerce.

B. Mandatory Age Verification

• Age Gate: In line with DTI DAO 25-04, a one-time government-issued photo ID verification is required.
• Delivery Confirmation: Products are only handed to buyers or authorized adults aged 18+. Delivery partners must verify ID upon receipt.
• False Information: Providing false age info violates RA 11900. Smokefree reserves the right to cancel orders and report fraud.

C. Pricing, Payment, and Receipts

• Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP), inclusive of VAT.
• Delivery fees and totals are clearly shown before payment.
• Official receipts (e-OR or physical) are issued per BIR rules.

D. Order Fulfillment & Liability

• Orders are final once marked “In Transit.” No cancellations on shipped or perishable nicotine products.
• Smokefree Solutions INC. holds risk of loss/damage until delivery.
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect info or no adult recipient may incur re-delivery charges.

E. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Defective products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded if reported within 7 days.
• No returns or refunds for hygiene-sensitive products after seal is broken.
• Returned items must have intact packaging and official tax stamps.
